I’m just a little confused by the premise of this manga. It’s convenient that none of these kids paid attention in school or they’d know that the Sengoku Period doesn’t end until Sekigahara in 1600 when Ieyasu becomes the undisputed shogun - 50 years from when this manga is set.

It’s possible that the main character goes on to become Hideyoshi - Nobunaga’s most competent subordinate who unified Japan after Nobunaga died. But that would still be decades from when this manga is set.

It’s just a bit weird because it’s historical fantasy that wants to have its cake and eat it too. It wants us to believe this is a historically accurate period piece where historical figures exist while also wanting us to believe that the protagonist - a 16 or 17 year old isekai’d teenager - is going to end the Sengoku Period during the 1550s rather than the well documented historical figures who we know did this 20-50 years later.
