@Ghajik I don't know how it works in South Korea specifically, but that is EXPLICITLY not allowed in other countries. The right to not self-incriminate means that the legal system CANNOT take that negative conclusion.
And yes, I am explicitly saying I don't know South Korean law. However, look at the fact that she literally says she chooses not to answer one moment and then chooses to answer when it's asked one more time. What is the point of that? That makes no sense at all. If you, Ghajik, are correct, then her choosing not to answer in the first place is bad ALREADY.
