We would have liked to continue it but last I checked we couldn't find a JTL to translate Chapter 2.

It says "Completed" because the series is completed in japanese now, it's not related to the translation.

I checked in today and there are I think still trying to do it so maybe sometime they'll release chapter 2, I have taken a break from scanlation so I don't actively participate rn
