That's not a major category, so it will be hard to find those. Outside of Silver Spoon and Moyashimon, I can't think of anything outside of a few isekai ones, so they probably won;t fit the bill as they tend more towards "slow life" stuff rather than agriculture.

yeah I know right, in contrary of its major role in our life. As it is, most of z and alpha generation won't (ever) love it because of its complexity, lol. So out of stated in this thread are still unknown for non-japanese readers, sad. @hounder

thanks @schlo

// Also I want to recommend katabami to ougon, it's on translation by sense-scans, not an agriculture manga but I believe the risk of agriculture is all the same as the manga potraits.

it's not quite agriculture focused but https://mangadex.org/title/10275/hyakushou-kizoku
it's autobiographical about hiromu arakawa and she talks a lot about her experiences growing up on a dairy farm in hokkaido

Isekai Nobiri starts off with agriculture but it's kind of op agriculture... Lot of manga with "slow life" in the title tend to have some sort of agriculture/foraging component in them. Give that a search in the database.

@axelTHEGREAT ok, so doesn't have to be modern day and fantasy appears ok? Also hesitated to mention it, don't remember the name right off the bat but there is one about an idol who quits being an idol and shows up at an ag school. Haven't read it so don't know how much ag or if it is just a romance.

I vaguely remember one, sf, about ag on another world, basically colonization. Does that meet your interest?

and please exclude silver spoon.
just out of curiosity, because you've read it or don't like it?

@schlo that sounds great, is it ok for me to copy-paste this:

don't remember the name right off the bat but there is one about an idol who quits being an idol and shows up at an ag school. Haven't read it so don't know how much ag or if it is just a romance

Looks like I'm gonna ask the title of this in another thread.

I vaguely remember one, sf, about ag on another world, basically colonization. Does that meet your interest?

sounds heckuva fun too, what's the title of it >.< ?

I love silver spoon a lot, much of relatable lool.

Thanks there @djAlexDubCheck
