Jun doesn't really need fixing, he's just severely lacking in any kind of affection and held onto Saki unconsciously because of that, he's still a kind sensible boy who's being(presumably)very masterfully manipulated by a grown woman.
But Riko came through this chapter ngl, she's hella cute.

Riko raised her esteem in my mind this chapter.
I got kinda leery of her when she was sitting with Jun at the bench offering to tutor him, and the two others show up, then see Jun and get all sketch-like...and then Riko tries to pull the whole "ehhh we're just childhood neighbors"
Like....you can't get pissy at Jun for being emotionally stunted and bag on him for "not noticing you" when you're gonna throw him under the bus just to save face in a social setting. They're teens, high school SUCKS for that kind of thing, but she can't have it both ways.
She did better with the Mother's Day Present Date, but I still feel a bit weird about her because she's not exactly been the nicest to Jun, either. So hopefully she continues turning it around and being kinder to him in general. She's also a kid, I'm not expecting perfect emotional maturity, just....Jun needs help, not more verbal telling off.
