This does have the "Psychological" tag. You're probably going to have to wait until near the end of the story to get a concrete answer to this question.

I suspect that not all is as it seems purely because the female friend's hackles have been raised since the very beginning, and that sort of thing usually turns out to be correct, both in media and in reality. But it's been presented in a way where it's impossible to be sure.

Hard to tell, especially when you consider that if Jun hadn't stopped her in chapter 1, she would've had sex with him, even when he was clearly a very young boy.

In fact, her entire demeanor in chapter 1 shows that she was clearly used to being a sugar mommy, maybe targeting young boys or those who look like them on the app?, so it could easily be the case that Jun happened to tick all her boxes, and she's simply using his need for motherly affection as a way to groom him.

Who knows, but this woman is dangerous.
