Out of curiosity I looked up the website for Scum Scans. Looks like they were last active in 2010 and their website is now a Chinese soccer website that blocks US IP addresses. It looks like this chapter was originally released 10/31/05. I don't use IRC so I have no way of knowing if there IRC channel is still available or what the scanlation team is doing with themselves 11 years after stopping, but I remember reading this manga in the early 2010s in High School. Even then, 2005 felt like a bygone era and now it feels like a world away, and I can only hope all these people, who's names and any proof they were responsible for translating this manga may already be lost to time, are still doing well, living their lives happily.
