• Akiba explains to Misato that Akito was cheating( the diluted Tequila thing). She noticed there was something off, and explains she switched the bottle he was having with something stronger;
• Misato is perplexed that Akiba noticed that. Akiba explains that she noticed because observation is her hobby( Misato is surprised by this);
• Misato asks if Akiba was also helped by Sousuke. She responds that yes, but more than that, Sousuke is a special person to her( notice that, in this part, Akiba addresses him as "Sousuke-san". First name. That's more personal);
• Akito complains about being tied, and asks what will happen to them for doing that. Akiba reverses the logic and asks him what would happen if they leaked that Akito knew about Iwabuchi's secret;
• Akito tries to brush it off as a lie told to put people into the drinking game. Akiba denies it, by showing him 2 other guys tied behind him, in a corner. They were hosts from other places, and used the same tactics, but were defeated in the same way. Both said Akito might know, as he was sniffling into Iwabuchi". Akiba asks if Akito has a grudge on Iwabuchi. If not, there was no reason for Akito to be sniffling onto Iwabuchi;
• Akito confirms, by saying his younger sister, his precious family, was taken away. About six months earlier, she moved, and the reason he got was that "it was a big job for Iwabuchi";
• Before her leaving, he managed to check on her phone and found out a lot of naked women photos. He did not fully understand at the time, but after searching, he understood that Iwabuchi thrived with taking naked photos of weak women;
• What his sister uncovered was Iwabuchi`s server. And a file with his secret;
• When asked what happenned to his sister( how was she the present), Akito says he doesn`t know, but investigated what happened after that;
• He says she went with Iwabuchi to the Orgia party, but he doesn't know what kind of party is it;
• Misato confirms to Akiba that's the same invitation she and Sousuke got;
• Akiba says they'll look for his sister, and even a highschool photo of her might help;
• Misato says they should hurry and tell Sousuke about this, but Akiba denies, saying that he, too, is busy gathering information;
• Chapter ends with Akiba reinforcing that he, too, even now, is gathering information...while we see him STILL being suffocated in the girl's breasts, crying, saying he's dying...

The image which shows iwabuchi and a women from back, when akito talking about her sister it's look like rika, what do you think guys ? What if the theory about the female cast in momonga account is not rika is become true ? Because that women could be akito's sister, she has identical look like rika, and rika just pull string from behind and shiratori or mori might be know about it but can't leak it to sousuke or might the doesn't know at all. Why i think like this because akito told her sister dissapear almost six month ago, (maybe i forgot, cmiiw) , since when does momonga account exist. But if i have approximately is nearly six month or less. What do you think guys ?

Momonga was active way before six months.By looking at her belly you can guess that and rika did have sex with shinjo with protection.There is not even a chance for it being wrong unless she has a twin.Dont forget she had sex with shinjo in the bar where everyone seen her.
Probably in orgia party some big shot politicians are also involved that's why she disappeared knowing she can't do shit or kidnapped.Most of the time politicians are portrayed as masochist so maybe they are rika's fans or just customers of the party
