It seems to me that there will be a presence at the party rather than a video broadcast. Iwabuchi will bring a double with whom the guests of the party will "play". The double will have to play the role that she enjoys all this. After that, she'll have to have sex with Soska, that's Rika's plan. And when Soske is busy with a double, the real Rika will have to appear. But even if this plan fails, Rika can say that Soske has always been wrong, because the double is the real Momonga. Well, and my second theory. We all forgot about Satsuki, or rather about her promise. I suspect that Satsuki is hiding behind Paopao's mask. When Iwabuchi appears with the double, Satsuki, thinking that the double is Rika, will try to kill her. But at the very last moment, Soske will take a blow on himself, protecting the double, he will begin to bleed. Watching all this, Rika will run to save Soska, she realises that because of her behind-the-scenes games she almost lost her closest and beloved person. Coming to Soska, she will begin to repent, ask for forgiveness, and so on. In this case, the fall of Iwabuchi will happen due to the fact that Rika chooses Soska, not him.

About Misato's speach to the pervert: i guess is just to address the common trope( more present in NTR, but not exclusive to it) that the disgusting guy will have his way with the cute girl and she will enjoy and fall for him.
