Clearly, they should move in together to help each other's sleeping habits ;P But yeah, maybe one day a coworker will 'come across' the two having lunch together/her also befriending them so she'll seem more approachable (tho i can imagine even in like a workplace cafeteria/break room versus going out you wouldn't necessarily wanna go eat lunch/dinner/drinks with a boss even if they offer to pay lol)
