thank you for the scans, this is really interesting!! the soft textures do wonders to capture the feeling of light. but yeah, honesty is a good policy in life lmao

Just stumbled on this one and color me thoroughly impressed. There's this wistful sense of chilliness that seems to hang around each scene, like the snowy day when they were first introduced never really left. It's a good visual metaphor for how isolated Akari must feel--doubly so since the weight of her lie stains whatever happiness she might be feeling right now.

Grandpa has some good life lessons embedded in his lectures, too :haa:

Really interesting chapter, I like that it teaches you a lot about the technique and history of stained glass. No idea how things will go when the truth comes out...

Did she not recognize him? but she spoke about her grandfather in the previous chapter or is that not his granddaughter with white hair?

I still keep thinking the old man actually knows the truth. Akira did save him from despression, so even if he knew, he still wouldn't hate her. I reckon he would have also sensed her situation is difficult. In the first place, who would even do something like this under normal circumstances? We aren't talking about industrial espionage here.
