This is ended as strongly as it began. You can really feel the author's emotions cutting through the panels, highlighted by the subtle (and not so subtle) changes in style and shading in each scene. The shading in particular stood out to me in this final chapter, emphasizing the darkness of Akari's loneliness and the brilliance of the people she left behind. How does that Disturbed lyric go? "Sometimes darkness can show you the light" was popping into my head all thought this chapter 🤘

Thank you so much for translating this gem to completion. I was a bit awestruck at the color page, the composition and palette was gorgeous - the colors specifically reminded me of the iridescence of opals and pearls.

The artwork, characters, and dialogue all lend themselves to a sincere, warm-hearted, and introspective work. I really love how these two unrelated, wayward, almost directionless souls were able to inspire and spark life back in each other.

I’ll definitely be re-reading this again, and I’d love to own a physical copy someday.
