@candied-oranges Actually I think the manga has been foreshadowing what is to come. Zeno has been shown to have sharp intution about coming events. He also directly asked Soo-won if he desired the dragons. Zeno knows from experience how the power of the dragons is sought after to gain control. This has also been at the center of two arcs now. Soo-won answered no, but he also hadn't yet realized the power over the people that Yona had acquired. And if even an idiot priest figured out that controlling Yona meant controlling the dragons, then it is a safe bet that pragmatist Soo-won knows this, too.
