I suppose it could hurt a bit if the girl you're actually into seems that disinterested in whether you're with other women. Of course, too much jealousy would just be annoying too. Sort of a butter zone in between there somewhere I guess?

All jokes aside, this has been a point of contention from the beginning - if you literally can't help but feel obliged to follow and serve someone, is it still out of your own free will?
The justification is the dragons' blood but there's a lingering sense of dread since they have no power over themselves once it's activated.
