Unfortunately, it looks like it's permanently closed now, but it was out in Shibuya and you couldn't see Tokyo Tower from it.
Apparently there's a bubble tea stand in its place now. Funny thing is that it used to be a different kind of shop not long before it was a crepe stand. I guess things move quickly in Shibuya.

Edit: Also, somehow Usagihara has become one of my favorite characters.
