i don't mind scrambled eggs, usually get it sunny side up (and occasionally poached tho tedious to boil the water and time it lol) altho it'd be nice to try this egg style, i feel like even if i had a tamagoyaki specific pan i'd still mess up the shape lol
tho even if 'dashi stock' is more on the savory side compared to the sweet tamago, i feel like i'd still want a bit of meat if not like a small bowl of rice versus the egg on its own if i go outta my way to a restaurant for it
and dang i guess it's good to be passionate but feels like something you should save for a weekend, do a recording for maybe 2-3 hours if you can and then cut it up and edit later, even if streamers do it as a full time job i can't imagine ppl doing like 10 hour stream. even for charity 24 hour livestreams, if twitch/other sites wasn't greedy i'm surprised there's not a forced logout like "Streamer has done 4 hours, you are not allowed to stream again until an hour of break" or so lol
I guess he is using a similar name but i wonder how easy it is to find someone you know irl that does online content like that lol
