This is a bit nitpick, but at the start of page 14, there's an extra double quotation that doesn't seem to be related to anything (unless it's signifying a sweat drop)

EDIT: Also, I just realized this chapter that Kanae has always called Ako as "Ako" and Yamashiro-san as "Ako-chan". Neat.
EDIT EDIT: Wait, the way that Kanae has talked about Yamashiro/Ako doesn't seem to be consistent. In her first appearance, Kanae called Yamashiro-san "Ako-chan," but Chapter 71, she interchangeably uses "Ako" and "Ako-chan" to refer to Ako. I guess it's because she sees them as the same person or aspects of the same person?

Apologies, but those were actually mistakes in chapter 71 (which I didn't notice until you pointed them out now... my bad, I'm bad at QC). In japanese Kanae (and many other characters) refer to ghost Ako in Katakana as アコ (with Kanae forgoing any honorifics afaik from a quick scan, at least in these two chapters, not sure if she ever has elsewhere). Kanae uses the kanji and adds an honorific for the original Ako (亜子ちゃん, Ako-chan).

I think we/Shangri-La may have also taken some liberties with honorifics due to the limitations of English to distinguish the two Ako's in text that may have caused other inconsistencies but I'd have to flip between the raws and TL for most other chapters to find them and atp it's not really worth it.
