I couldn't say how appealing it is, but this, in fact, does present one answer to the old question of why exactly does a normal person, who died in an accident, deserve to be born as a villain/villainess and need to sometimes sturggle mightily against a terrible fate that had got nothing to do with them. This MC actually enjoyed the fat bastard ero scenes. So, he was reborn as the character. That leaves no questions in the air. This isn't totally unique because there have been, before, cases of the villain/villainess being the isekaied Japanese person's favourite character. But typically such a villain(ess) hasn't been an ugly bastard but a more refained antagonist, even if they had a tragic end.

I didn't really mind this setting. What comes to the MC's tastes, to each their own, but I reckon he does separate fiction and reality in his mind, so now that he's living the life of the character, he won't be going around raping ladies.

it almost like the artist just want to speed thing through so they use a lot of 3d model + close-up so they don't have to draw much.
