Are you ignoring the part where I said that her demise was not of her doing alone? Again, the prince whores her out, everyone gets killed by a crazed assassin, or she gets possessed by the demon lord. The prince was unloved, lonely, and raised to be a sociopath. The assassin grew crazy with guilt and took being a murderer his identity. And there's not much to be said about becoming the literal enemy of humanity. Even if you could say that she could avoid drawing the ire of the prince or the assassin by being good, I don't think it's the same that she could avoid getting possessed.
The Prince route has been substantially altered, and Ilvareno's route is all but removed. If the knight route event occurs, it would be under extremely different circumstances, and may not happen at all of Cain kills demon lord before hand.

Also, we found out that the heroine is another reincarnator with knowledge of the game, and she would very likely work towards raising flags, furthering along Diana's fate. If it means antagonizing Diana, it wouldn't matter if Diana alone is changed.
Can't say I agree. Yes I could foresee the author using blatantly forced events to railroad Diana into the villainess roles, but even then it falls apart if her entire personality is that of a good person. And that assumes the author would use the shitty otome game scripted plot devices.

As for Aurora, she will find the background environment of the academy has completely changed. The prince won't grow up lonely and seak attention from malevolent sycophants. Diana while, courteous and friendly, has been raised to be a champion of justice with a regale facade. Ilvareno is no longer the bloodsoaked assassin on the brink of killing the majory of the games cast.

The game Aurora believes this world to be has fundamentally changed. The only question is how will she react.

If the capture targets remain unchanged, all the heroine has to do is raise some flags. Diana doesn't need to act the part if the capture target is convinced what was supposed to happen happened even if it didn't. Heroine could just pretend/lie if she was determined to have her capture targets no matter what.

Scripted otoge plot device it will be, because this world's events is predetermined if without interference from a reincarnator. Assassin boy appears right where he is supposed to be. Enough of the cast had appeared as they should. If something is unchanged, it will respond the exact same way as they would have been interacted with in the game.

i thought about that but
this world alrdy speaks/writes japanese. OR mc is concerned he may forget japanese at the age of 10 as well
Scripts from books/storefronts are not in Japanese, unless they’re Japanese equivalent, people will not have the easiest time cracking his code, and he can write a lexicon separately.
