Her fetish is MC raping her. The roleplay is the MC is now Orc instead of Human, but still MC... if that makes sense.

You see this with the goblin chapter, where MC talks about what could happen.

now the manga doesn't convey this well, but a novel reader gave additional context, when she said she "wouldn't mind that" she was referring to MC "raping" her. Not the goblins. (which is backed up by her going to self-delete when she thought MC had lost to the orc, and didn't want it to touch her).

Basically, he is an Orc now and she is just a noble lady, it's still HIM tho... if that makes sense. There was no mention of the "Orc" taking her from him in their roleplay, so no NTR aspect.

If it helps, the ORC in the roleplay is MC. So it's more imagining MC as an Orc, not imagining an ORC instead of MC.

Notice how she never mentions him in the roleplay, because he is now an ORC. if it was NTR-roleplay (which is fucking trash and cucks should d... ahem see a therapist and get help), then that'd be something mentioned.
