really, there's no other way her parents could be, but the fact Chris'd effectively planned to marry Kaito since she was a child is ...well, yeah.
The Duke being the harried man-in-love fits the "juxtaposed image" that you'd expect from this, and his wife "wearing the pants" as it were complements Chris being the one who'll lead Kaito around, "roles" or otherwise.
Not a groundbreaking story, but a pleasant one that somehow came out rather wholesome, given the title, premise, and half the chapters.
