I want to be her apprentice so bad it makes me look stupid.

What a ridiculous and fun manga, thank you for translating!

I'm very curious if we'll get to see the rest of her previous history. How she lost her twin brother and why she's so strong.

IMO, she has a bit too much of a short-fuse and her actions are a bit over the top. But still, an enjoyable read.
idk man I think you might be a bit too much of a long-fuse instead if the tutor saying that didn't rile you up, he's not only defaming her first off all, he is (and I don't know if it's intentional as of yet) driving the childhood of a 3 year-old Ati away and slowly turning her into a machine if she let it slide.

From how she said it she got that nickname for a reason and it's not just for shit and giggle, she could literally kick the man's head out of his body if she want, but she didn't and still comply to his request to not accompany Ati on her trip this time, albeit it was the marquis's order.

I think she has great self-control personally, I'd have punched the guy's guts then slap him a couple times for good measure before he got to say anything and keep going to meet Ati, could have kept his mouth shut after saying it's the lord's order, whatever he said afterward is straight up self-report on how arrogant, ignorant and how much of a jerk he is, cocky ass mf thinking he's better than everybody because he's teaching the lord's daughter.

DAMN I'm still mad about it, sorry if you feel put off from the swearing.

I might've come to this story with some prejudices from other villainess type stories where the FMC usually remains quiet just to completely obliterate the opposition with some grand expose and/or connections to powerful people.

In the ones that I've read usually the few ones that are on the "tomboyish" side of things usually make it very obvious on the first chapter (or even the first few panels) about the FMC being prone to solving issues by physical means. I didn't feel like her character was being moulded into such in the first two chapters despite showing her iron will to save her step-daughter.

Continuing on, I might've been misled by the first few chapters as it looked to me as she was a survivor of terrible past incidents which had taught her to stand her ground and to not give up. However, seeing her actually be a physical powerhouse on top of that came as a surprise to me, because I full-on expected her to have a strong character that's not even afraid of being mauled by a bear, and not a physically strong character that might've fought the bear away in the literal sense.

It's not that I find her physical strength to be bad by itself, it's just that I somehow didn't expect it by the flow of the story (although there were hints of her being less on the scheming side and being simply more straightforward and lunging into action). Hence why I thought of her having a bit of a short-fuse or her making slightly over the top actions.

I still like the story, though.

I get what you mean dw, in those kind of story I'm pretty sure the opposition usually has way more authority than the FMC can handle, or it's too late to get physical since it can get worse for herself and those around her, hence the need to stay low and gather evidence.

Moving on from the FMC though, I don't think anyone can act calm when you see the tutor saying all that stuff and just let him get away with it.

Ati being 3 years old mean at best he was with her for what, barely a year? And he's a hired hand, not someone that will serve Ati all her life. He has 0 authority over anyone except for when it's about her education, and sure the fmc just got remarried like 2 days ago but she's already Ati's mom and the lady of the house, plus it's the marquis house that reached out to her first as well.

Bro doing 0 research and started making remarks that can get him fired if she bring it up to the lord at any time she want to, atp bro is either a moron or he just hate woman idk.

I hate these kind of tutors because they're in the position of an educator, they should have the intellect to know that they should strive to be a respectable role model for whoever they're teaching, especially when teaching young kids, and he's teaching a daughter of a Marquis, a 3 year-old baby, and from what I know I aint hearing nobody saying that making a child study non-stop without break, touching grass or any outside activity is a good idea, it's not a good look for him no matter what he says. I hope the maid report him to the Marquis then have him pack it up and leave in the next chapter.

it was stated in the first chapter she literally fought and survived alone a bear attack. It would be way more strange for her not being a literal powerhouse considering she doesn't seems a trained fighter

She got the fit. Owns her scars. Got the your son calls me mommy too energy. She's got that spicy temper. Muscle mommy wants to dote on daughter. I have never had a manga that made me be all warm and snuggly while pitching a god damn tent in the flannel sheets.

Perfect speech from her part btw. She should have ended it with "Are you just negligent becouse of your bias, or are you malevolent in your actions?" for even more perfection
