Ati, what a nostalgic name. The name more or less disappeared from publicity gradually, after AMD bought it and its GPU tech, fully assimilating it.

Selene has such a solid attitude and character. Confronting the marquis like that was jolly good to see. She could accept merely bringing up Ati on her own, but she wouldn't settle for half measures. No wonder she wouldn't, seeing how she even survived the embrace of a determined bear in the past.

Seeing how much Selene is immediately willing to love Ati, she ought to love her own possible children as well, and would like to have them. She lived a full life without children, despite wanting them, so the second life should grant her that opportunity. It's not like that would take anything away from Ati. Selene would make sure Ati would grow up to be even more stable and responsible by having her act like a proper older sister.

I think it's probably a mistake to imply Selene previously lived a full life as this sets a level of expectation I'm unsure the author can fulfill. This is an adaptation so it's source should be a web novel. Generally this means they don't stray far from the source. Web novel writers have largely shown that they cannot convincing write a 20 year old, cannot convincingly write a 30 year old, cannot convincingly write a 40 year old, and cannot convincingly write a 50 year old. All end up being written as if they are 14. It is unlikely they can write someone that lived to an old age and died of natural causes.

That said this has a promising start with the disposition Selene has shown so far.
