To my understanding.
The mentor is a reincarnator and not Tristan.
Tristan and others got the play's script/game's plot information from the mentor.

They suspect/almost certain Cyril is also reincarnator, but both side are just throwing feints for now.

I think Tristan specifically calling for milk tea at the end was him dropping 'I know something' to Cyril, much like how Cyril tried to probe Chloe indirectly earlier (and Chloe, not being able to figure out 'what' Cyril was trying to learn, got impatient and just ask him)

Tristan is the reincanator. But unlike Cerile who have full control of his body, it's implied that Tristan shared his consciousness and only start reincarnated when entering the game plot (this two point I'm still speculating, the wording in LN is a bit confusing). And the reincarnator is Cerile's past life sister. That's why they called the mentor 'she'

My impression from the questioning of Chloe was to see how she would react to the question. She gave a disgusted look the first time but the second she just Cooly shook it off. So it seems to imply that it may be a female? (The mentor). But the later text also said Chloe master and fol tutor may not be the same person.
