Wow. Really, people who attack a person character -wise shows a lot about their personality. That said, can I kill her?
nah she is being gas lit by someone unfit to rule or lead who likes his girls like he likes his potatoes, she deserves to be forced to go through every grade again until she gets a perfect 100 on all assignments and tests after being forced out of this toxic ass relationship

And caught up.

He can't be that dumb and think she's implying he's status is lower than Brigitte's, rather than just reporting what she's seen.

"Is that your contracted spirit?"
Nailed it.

The one calling someone else a dog is the yapping chihuahua.

That embarrassed face was pretty satisfying, though.

A changeling in mythology is a fairy child swapped out for a real child in the crib that will look and grow up as if they were the original child.
They exist in a lot of mythologies and folklore. For instance, in Norse folklore they were usually troll changelings.

There's an episode with changeling in Ancient Magus Bride.
Also a great manga for various British folklore characters and stories

Man, it's a pity she's too dumb to see how she's being used.
Don't have enough pity left for her. So far she deserves it.

Did she really think saying he's pretty enough to be stupid is a compliment lol.
Well, she is that kind of dumb.

That twin tail dummy just dug her own grave deeper lol
Seems to be the only thing she's good at.

when the villainess becomes protagonist, the heroine always becomes the villainess.
Sometimes the heroine is just a ball of fluff with a flower garden in her head.

There's also case like Bakarina where the heroine stays a heroine.
That's because Bakarina makes everyone good.

Why is mostly every new woman of a prince usually a fucking idiot? Is that why they like em?
That’s the kind of girl Joseph ‘likes’
But really, just the kind that he uses to elevate him into a sense of superiority vs how inferior he feels compared to his family.

Also the epic karma that’s coming this waste of air’s way.

As a 197 year old blind lady once said
‘It’s gonna be good~’

When you get fact checked and attempt to hit back with an insult, I feel like I’m looking at a YouTube comment section in manga form

Well, in these kind of setting, Earls are usually the lowest limit for "real" nobilities.
Viscount and Baron are treated as closer to commoners.

In stories that try to put it in good way, lower ranked nobilities are pictured as being further from politics, scheming, and formality, so they can still act with commoners' sensibilities. But they still enjoy the life standard as nobility (such as no working your arse since young age).
Or in the story that put it in bad way, lack proper education, unrefined manner, clueless about the social rules, and worst is acting like new-money who never tasted status so they flaunt it indiscriminately.
It was actually fairly common for barons to have meals with their serfs.

It was probably because of this that "having your boss over for dinner" became a cultural thing for awhile.
