It is fast, but I enjoy it, that it doesn't need to be extended over and over and over like typical WSJ manga. I just need a good aftermath in this kind of story, an aftermath that is satisfying, like the one in Full Metal Alchemist.

From my understanding, when Albus used « Retrograde », it made demon king’s soul regress to a state before he was able to survive outside a body, hence after being pulled out of Fiona’s body, it disappeared like any other soul detached from a body. Now since it’s the demon king’s soul, maybe he found a way to survive somehow, maybe he attached himself to Albus’ soul or something
