It's still out of order dummy. Up to page 15 it's in order. Page 16 where Aldo finishes making his diamond clearly come after the final page where Aldo starts making his diamond. I'm pretty sure next after 15 should be Page 29 discussing tag, the explanation on enhancement, and then the 1 month timeskip to the exam. After Page 39 is where Page 16-28 are meant to go, the 5 year timeskip is probably the end of the chapter.
