That weapon is a fauchard, not a halberd. Halberd is a polearm with axe blade, spear head and a hook.

Maybe because there are 25 chapters released and only 12 were translated by the other teams
So technically yes it's been 1 month since the last chapter translated, but it's been more than a year since the raw of chapter 13 was released

"thats how all other mangas are to, they are always behind" It is true that groups like LHTranslation and Mangasushi already before 2020 had significant lags, but it is rather rare that a group does not try to be in the last chapters released as quickly as possible
they allow themselves, because they have or had the means to return to the last chapter very quickly and in addition have a community to support them.

if like me you read a lot, and you look at the raws, you wouldn't say that, only some translation groups leave a lot of raws and generally it is to frustrate the readers in the expectation of a financial participation, they are right that's normal, but they can't complain if someone comes up with 10 chapters at once to catch up.

I don't like snipe, but sometimes when it happens I say to myself "they were waiting for it, it had to happen one day"

pretty much agree with you viewpoint, but couldnt they then come to an agreement or something, so it doesnt look like they are sniping?

And while i do read a lot of manga and all, i honestly dont really care if they are a bit behind, cause in the end it doesnt really make a difference as such since ill by waiting either way, im not in a hurry to read the next chapter, im just here to enjoy the chapter i get.

It is clear that when sometimes there are 2 3 translation teams that embark on the same project, or one team snipe another, there is reason to ask the question (and in addition have seen them in each chapters ask to find new translators, cleaner, proofreader, ...)
But there are frustrations, wars, economic interests (site management, donations for raws or translators), the hopes of translators (want to be full-time for large platforms, or just make the most of their hours), ...
the worst part about it is that I didn't even read the translation of this chapter
because I am still a little faithful, but if in less than a month chapter 14 comes out, I will read it

I sometimes have trouble with certain cliffhanger, so much that I will read the raws or the web novel
and it's often a good idea, because I can read the reviews or get my own idea on a story and stop reading manga that does not deserve my time, because the WN is too badly written
(I can read badly written stories, but even I have my limits)
