Thanks for the translation. There are a lot of cooking mangas out there, but IMO this one is the best at portraying the sheer aesthetic pleasure that comes from the taste of a lot of these foods. I also like this new boss lady--she's hotheaded, which is a bit of a contrast to the sedate atmosphere of the manga (though the protag's school friend is also like that sort of), but in a fun kinda way.

with respect to the TLer, "Glaçage" means "icing", whereas "glace à l'eau" means popsicle. Those are two different terms.

Ngl, Alice's boss was an absolute bitch at the beginning of this chapter. Y'all were mad at the other girl and saying she became "worst girl" for having a Tsundere moment and neck-chopping MC.. but even THAT is completely forgivable compared to this. Even if not another potential love interest, she is now the new "worst girl" and it ain't even close.

Really whacked Harumi on the head for no logical reason. She even had the audacity to immediately accuse Alice of "laying her hands" on him.. when she technically just did that herself mere seconds earlier (both U.S. and Japanese law says this is battery).

If it was me in that same scenario.. I might've just kicked her ass right then and there, and later tell the court I was only frantically "defending myself". 🏛👌
