That guy is obviously the shop owner's son, and he probably met her while her owner is still alive.

There seems to be humanoid robot bans, thats why the guy is panicked as well.

Just a heads up, chapter 5 is almost complete and should be out sometime next week.

However, my main monitor just died on me, leaving me with only my small secondary monitor. I can still do work using it, but it's kinda painful, so the timing of chapter 6+ is up in the air for now. If I can get used to using this tiny thing I might move onto it right away, but otherwise it might have to wait until I can replace/repair my old monitor (found some promising looking parts on ebay, so hopefully not too long).
