I don't think that was ever established. Her being shut off from the kitchen doesn't necessarily mean the kitchen staff reported her. Anyone could have noticed she was frequenting the kitchen.

The kitchen staff got benefits from her teachings, the warm farewell came from that.
The butler is just a passive observer, neither harsh nor soft, but he does take pity on her. As an observer, I doubt her frequent training was left unnoticed. Seeing she wants to leave and has the power to do so, he just gave a little assist.

These days, someone demanding child support is terrifying for any guy, but I've never seen the child demand it themself before, which makes that page almost uncanny. It's very interesting, and the art is drawn very well to intensify that aspect.

True, but it's a little extreme, given how at minimum the kitchen staff and butler seem to respect her, even if they couldn't do anything to stop the abuse. But I get her wanting out of there, 100%.
