Allow naming which staff adds stuff to new staff picks

So I see there's a new staff picks section. It would be nice if I could see which staff added it, provided a single staff member can be like "I wanna add this" and not a system where there needs to be consensus before adding something to it.

It's just a CustomList, like Seasonal, and as far as I'm aware there's no way to label individual entries with metadata.

We don't save this kind of metadata in CustomLists, so it's not directly feasible to do that.
Since you were interested, I picked Asebi and Adventurers of Sky World.
