Allow scanlators to filter out ads for subscripting to mangadex as a setting [Implemented]

As the people who make the mangadex site possible with contributions to the site's content that enable the website to function, we should have the ability to not be visually raped every time we visit the website with wikipedia tier ads and pop-ups.

As a sign of respect toward the people who make your website possible, you should allow us to save our eyesight for another day.

Did a quick workaround to avoid needing an update for it, and the banners should be removed automatically for GL role owners (within the next 15 minutes), or at least the supporter settings should be accessible to them to disable them.

Please let me know if it doesn't work.
