Allow Wayback Machine archiving

Trying to archive any forum link like https://web.archive.org/web/20240224013141/https://forums.mangadex.org/forums/manga.39/ leads to an empty page with the text "Proxies are not allowed". This is not that helpful and is basically a quasi-exclusion from the Wayback Machine.

The wayback machine’s developers are the ones not doing things properly.

If they send the requests in a non-browser while pretending to be one, and being an obvious non-transparent proxy on top of it, then they fall under our anti-bot/DoS/mitm security mechanisms.

I suggest you bring up the issue to them if you want the situation resolved.

To be extremely clear, none of this is aimed specifically at blocking them.

last time I did that (for another site), they resolved it quite fast.
