Could be M-21 or M-24 I guess. The number of people surviving their experiment lines up, and the crippling side effects requiring medication line up too with what we already know about experiments at this facility. Even the secrecy around this one part of the facility where that information was sort of does, as well as it being watched over for a "he" by the guy that just got cratered. Another thing is, it'd just make sense as a side story. One of the things that never really got any answers at all in the main series was the past of M-21 and friends. Finding out that he had some family that were also treated like disposable agents would be depressing, but it's still something.
