Also even if he has magic, 3 seconds of 1 time use it just so useless. Why couldnt he have been bestowed something like magic to remove curses. While niche and specialized ability, least it could be useful right here. So now they going to fight with this evil sorcerer :/ Things kinda got dark and complicated. No doubt hes going to sabotage and try kill him at every turn. Suppose its a villain to the series now :/.
