@biznizz A nice way to advertise is by having the creator show off his talents. Earlier chapters had him do the same thing except for a large group of women. They all fell for him because they all saw what he could do and what his talent really was.

THQ Nordic, the game publishers of the Metro series among others, decided to do an Ask Me Anything session.
But instead of going to reddit or Youtube, they decided to try something really edgy.
They announced their AMA was going to be on 8chan; you know, the site where the creeps too extreme for 4chan would go, the one that basically under investigation after their posters encouraged a dude to do a mass shooting in the U.S.
I made the joke since the TV station's plaque was called 7ch.
No you see, I was referencing a real event.

@biznizz I did not know that. I kind of stay away from 4chan and 8chan for the obvious reasons. I would be roasted to death and torn apart. I like my soul where it is at and enjoy seeing hope in humanity. Though I have to say that it is plain stupid on Nordic to do an AMA on 8chan instead of Reddit. Like shooting your foot while it's in your mouth.

Also, I just saw that you released a chapter of "Black Gakkou ni Tsutomete Shimatta Sensei" so THANK YOU once again, I really enjoyed that manga!
I hope that my japanese gets good enough to translate manga like this in the future. I'll be taking the JLPT N2 next weekend, I hope everything goes well lol

@gaba157 Well, let's do the math here. There is a total of 486 chapters (that includes the 40.5 volume) and we have gone to chapter 55. By the end of the year, we SHOULD be finished with chapter 61. That leaves us 425 chapters to go. There are 52 weeks a year and we divide that into 425. Drum roll please... That gives a total of 8.333333etc. So I should be finished in the year 2028 roughly around April or May with the assumption that I put out a chapter a week. This is not even covering the second season that is in the works.
Now, do I accept more people to do the project? Of course. Would I like them to? Sure but with conditions. They HAVE to release a chapter a week along with me. Which means we (two teams of translators and redrawers) release two chapters a week. Or more. That would cut the due time in half and everything works out. Would they get paid? NOPE. I am using EVERY penny of donations to pay my translator and I'm still paying out of pocket. I do not have extra money to toss at a redrawer and translator.
I am a slave driver when it comes to this project because there is SO much to do. My translator is up for the long haul and I plan to pay them for their work. I am starting to get to the point where I am willing to give a pair of translators/redrawers in order to do two chapters a week occasionally. Like give them a chapter that's due out in three weeks, give them three weeks to work on it and I work on the other chapters. For example, I hand them chapter 61 while I work on 57-60 by myself and do a double upload at the end of the year. Hmmm, maybe that will work. I'll post that at the end credits for Chapter 57. I'm getting 56 proof read now.
