@breizh That's a valid point but I'm thinking the mangaka didn't know about it. We know about it because of our fields but mangaka aren't always in our field or knows what entails close to the medical field. This is an underwear theme manga and not a medicine theme manga. So sloppy research and a few questions to move onto the next part. Besides, I think this manga has proven itself fantasy in more times than we can count. ^.^
@Tiny-Timm Far as I have seen, outside of hentai, women raping men is extremely rare. Like this is the ONLY time I've seen this and I've read more harem manga and other manga to fill a small-town library. I often read manga when I can't sleep.

My uncle had a similar experience where a nurse gave him an unsolicited vaccine. Several people were in the room while he was asking her what she was doing, but she wouldn’t talk until after he jabbed him. Let to me having a major distrust of hospitals.
