There is literally a single sports-focused homeroom class in the school. It should be obvious that they'd win the majority of e vents at a sports festival... every single year... So I dunno why the author made it sound like the classes were evenly matched....

It seems that in this athletic festival the competition isn't class by class, but rather between teams. That said I'm not sure if the athletics class is split up XD
