I think it's obvious the police would remain on his tail, with portions of the public adoring him. Before, we just saw the underground following him online. But with the rampage in Tokyo and him saving people along the way, I hope we get to see the discourse generated around him.
In all honesty, if something like this happened in real Tokyo, after the initial shock that terrorist would be in danger from all the burned-out corporate slaves who couldn't give a fuck anymore, not the other way around.
