I keep saying this but a government would use some level of martial law on these woman for massacring a workforce of men even if they have the same disease. Life would literally be unsustainable on that island, anyone who's currently pregnant and all boys would be on high alert for survival.

Well they usually display the gov /police as being incompetent but even if they had the military take over I imagine some would still escape/not enough of a population unless they also all had chastity belts /eunuchs to begin with or full body hazmat suits
