Sunflower seeds are the curse of most post-soviet countries. They are sold in-shell, and you have to clean them to eat, and there's a trick to break the shell and get the seed with teeth and tongue. And tons of peoples sit in front of houses on benches and eat that, and spit out seed shells, bleeeeeeigh
