I'm gonna make a huge leap and guess his father is Jibril. It hasn't been so long that he has to be dead, and the most likely place he'd be would be back in his home city. Plus mages were seen as rulers, so maybe he was able to stay in power somehow.

@Greyvenn It's been at least over 80 years, since such time passed after she awoke the first time. This is her second time and it's been long enough for rumors about her and the lamp being widely known and exaggerated. Also, the description kinda spoils how long has actually passed since she was first trapped in the lamp, sooooo... yea, it's been a long time.

Why is she in a rush to get back in the lamp anyway? it's not like she does anything inside of it as far as we know
It'd be better to not explain the wishes than to have such weird rules about relations and fate. How does she even know the rules, she's only been awakened once before and only granted one wish and teleported two people. Seems like a mistake by the writer to have this only be her second awakening. Won't be surprised if they shove in later on that there were other awakenings before she just didn't want to talk about in order to shove in more explanation.
