After seeing all this, it's gonna be difficult to sympathize with the physician lady if her sole purpose is to repay some kind of perceived debt she feels towards Nadir. I mean this guy just seems like quite the nefarious schemer. Though she did mention something about stealing the fallen star orb thing, so I'm guessing this isn't the case? Not sure why she said she had determined what her wish was when Nadir rescued her then if it wasn't something related to him.
