That version is a chapter behind the censored version. The "uncensored" version is probably actually decensored. Even in said "uncensored" version, there's some examples of light censoring, usually when the censored part in question is small and barely noticeable (for instance oblique angles of the next door neighbor's lady parts). If there were both uncensored and censored versions, that usually wouldn't be the case, since the uncensored version would be the original.
