I'm assuming it's supposed to be something like "the forest of the tonttu" as tonttu means the type of elf or leprachaun Kolmio is. Also, her name means triangle, and Varis means crow.

She sure looks like a Tonttu to me. And boss man might be Lemminen (Although Leminen is a more proper surname today, Lemminen brings Lemminkäinen the epic hero to my mind)
