Remember Homies.. no matter the reasons or problems, cheating is never morally right. If you're having issues with your partner, it's better to end the relationship immediately, so you can move on and do whatever you want. It’s as simple as that.
The whole point of this series is to drive the point that it's NOT "as simple as that"

This isn't some pure high school kiddy relationship, this is a very realistic long lasted adult one.

You have years and years of memories along with the lifelong oath you took when you got married, a person can't simply "end the relationship immediately".

Then at the same time, being extremely fed up and encountering someone who understands you much better than your current partner mixes some complicated emotions.

When cheating happens, it's almost never simply because "Gasp cheater is scum of the earth!!"

No it's not morally right, but it's also not so simple as black and white.

Except for You-chan. He's a shitty partner, a shitty person, AND he cheated first.

When I was younger, I used to wonder what would be worse: cheating because you just wanted sex vs cheating because you found someone you really held dear and connected with more than the person you were with. One results in a bigger betrayal over time, while the other seems like such a petty reason to emotionally violate someone you love. I guess it's for each person to decide, but I can say I can at least understand the latter sometimes. This story has handled all of these topics delicately, so I think I'm open to see how it handles this. I wouldn't put it past the author for them to just stay friends, or even try to date and realize they aren't that attracted to each other. When I think about it like that, I'm really excited to read the rest.
