Late response but if she is The Black Goat with a Thousand Young then that means that she is Shub-Niggurath from the mythos. So, then no, her lovecraftian counterpart would be too much for the reality of the world to bear. I guess it had to be toned down for it to make sense, or she might otherwise be a proxy and not her entire self

Intro of the story has an innocent shota MC getting tongue kissed by some babe who could be a top porn star lol. Honestly the situations are not exactly the same, but in this regard it reminds me of the intro to Hanaukyo Maid-Tai!
