After 3 & 1/2 years, this doujinshi is due to come back this coming August 2023 at Comic Market 102.

Hopefully as well this will herald the return of the non-H version of the manga as well.

So, I stand corrected. The H-doujinshi version of Ane Naru Mono did not make it's return at Comic Market 102, instead Pochi was offering an original doujin of a character she had previously shown and described as "a pale Onee-san with Low Blood Pressure", as well as an original art tapestry & mousepad of Pavolia Reine, the Hololive avatar she designed.

It's still good to see Pochi getting back to comics creation after spending the last 3 years focused on being a V-Tuber. Hopefully new Ane Naru Mono chapters (both versions) will soon follow.
