Asahi doesn't want to invite someone with no interest in Mevius. It is implied at the bottom of the last page that Hinako is not a K-Pop fan. He probably doesn't realize that she studied up on Mevius so she could follow his conversations since I believe her thought bubble is the only place it's been stated. Seira is a Mevius fan, or at least she's familiar with them.

He also received Emotional Damage back when Hinako denied that the Aquarium Visit that she invited him on was not a date like he thought it was because she thought HE invited HER (a bald face lie), reinforcing YET AGAIN his belief that every thought he has that she likes him "that way" is him having "wrong ideas".

It is firmly entrenched in his mind that his love for Hinako is one sided and that all he'll ever be to her is a little brother (in canon pre-serialization). Even the things that she's doing to get him flustered he sees as signs she doesn't think of him as a man, such as having him wash her underwear.
